• $5000 Initiation Fee (applicable to new Members only)
• $665 monthly dues ($7980 annually)
• $125 minimum monthly in food and beverage (billed annually or quarterly)
• Daily golf cart fee of $22/person/18 holes or seasonal golf cart fee is $660/single, $880/couple, $990/family. Trail fee of $600/yr. for personal golf carts and other motorized devices
• Membership is for one person only with spouse/domestic partner limited by Club rules of play
