• $500 Initiation Fee
• $155 monthly dues ($1860 annually)
• $75 minimum monthly in Food and Beverage ($225 billed quarterly)
• Daily golf cart fee $22/person/18 holes or seasonal golf cart fee of $660. Trail fee of $600/yr. for personal golf carts and other motorized devices
• Membership is for one person only
